5 Wall Squat w/5 sec pause


Strength:
Back Squat 5×5, rest 2:30


Metcon:
“Chief style Cindy”
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
5 Pull-Up
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles. Pick up where you left off each cycle.
